We don’t charge to diagnose faults with your laptop for instance. Once we have had a look and completed some in depth tests. We will contact you with what it will cost to repair.  If you decide you don’t want it repaired you can collect the laptop free of any charge.  But If you would rather replace it than get it repaired we offer a trade in service against a new laptop. Even if the old one is broken!  All of the new laptops we supply also come with free data transfer so we will copy over your photos documents etc for free.
